As you ponder throughout your day... think of what you are grateful for...
If you're stuck in traffic... think of what you can do to show someone you love them...
If you're standing in line at the grocery store... think of time you can set aside to spend with your family and friends ...
If you're tired and grouchy... set aside your mobile devices for 4 hours and write down 3 things you are grateful for...
If you're depressed... reach out to someone... just do it!
If you're happy... share your smile...
Worry... and then decide if it's worth it...
Take a little bit of control over your thoughts... and your day...
