No pain no gain is if you want to gain something you have to face risk or pain.
If you want to need an expensive dress then you need to spend many more. You have to capable it. Pain is nothing but the darkness that leads to the dawn of gain. All the change or happy comes with pain.... but this pain later becomes a gain.
Life is endurance, everyone wants to gain any thing is done for the result. Leaders are interested in gain however they acknowledge that there is no gain without pain. they embrace the pain. The leaders are cross the temporal pain they go through and his crown is the permanent gain when at last victory is achieved.
