Not only the lifestyle and food, stress can also cause autoimmune diseases. Actually not limited to autoimmune disease alone, stress can also cause various other diseases.

"In fact, most of the illnesses are relevant to stress," Susan said. According to him, almost all diseases have a stress load.
"Whether it starts with stress then is diagnosed and added stress. However the disease does not have to be autoimmune, stress plays a role," Susan said.

Susan said, to be healthy, a person must have a commitment and can know himself respectively. In addition, should also know the triggers that cause them to become stressed.
"Whatever the engineering method, one has to learn stress management," Susan said.
Breathing Exercises
Susan gives an example of one of the small breaths, which can be done while under stress.
"People's breathing like a nervous moment is chaotic, fast, to turn things around, have to ask, the calm and calm person's breathing is like," explained the woman who often gave the seminar and therapy.
According to Susan, calm people tend to breathe more slowly and steadily.
"For example, inhale four out six, inhale four out of six.It uses a countable can," Susan said. According to him, such methods should not be done during stress.
"We have to know about ourselves, for example we are easily anxious, before being a panic attack, maybe aloof, breathing exercises, just come back to face the person or the job," closed Susan.
