Im sitting in the airport waiting for my flight back to Florida. As i was nesting in my apartment contemplating what i wanted to do next a conversation with my landlord of the property in Florida showed me my path. He accepted my offer to buy the property with the downpayment i had which was considerably less than what he had been asking for. So i am now buying my own land to live offgrid and raise, buy and sell animals. I'm celebrating my journey home with my favorite drink - chocolate milk!
