I grew up around a lot of people who were blatant liars, they made empty promises, and disappointed everyone around them, time and again. I might have been a victim of their schemes at one point or the other, but I don't regret it, things that hurt you, build you into a better, and smarter person.
I learnt to trust less, and believe less, that way you got hurt less. I became a sucker for action. You should be grateful, if you meet a man who says he'll do something, and actually does it, but you should also fear him. They don't make em that way anymore.
Everyday I try to become a better person than I was the day before. I make few promises, and try to keep them, because I'd like to think that, my word is my bond. As for people and their talk, words mean nothing to me, the important thing is, can you back it up?
