I always have encouraged my children to read…
But let’s be honest, how many teenagers do you see with a book in their hands?
They keep their hands on their phones 24/7!
So finding out my girl was reading a book (without me telling her anything) I thought it was a big deal!
We all have our own reading preferences right?
So, when I got close to her I found out she was reading a book, listening music, texting a friend, and browsing on her laptop ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
I can’t comprehend that…
I guess I’m “old fashion” like she said since I prefer reading in a quiet environment without distractions.
What do you think about this?
