I started, what i hope will be, my last semester of university January 22nd. At the same time I made the choice to hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week since there's a HUGE gym on campus and my tuition covers the gym so why not use it!
I started at 168.5lbs. My goal is to get the 138 by mid May....
One month later I am down to 162.5lbs. Not bad considering I didn't hit the gym for a week cause of Chinese new year last week BUT I was walking in 1 1/2 inch heels A LOT that whole week haha And then this past week I got an ear infection I was out for the count for 3 days. Not good. But I didn't gain through all that so...
So is anyone else on a weight loss journey??? Or has someone done one? I'd LOVE to hear your stories!!
