Jahre lang war es erlaubt in Deutschland mit klein Destillen Schnaps zu brennen und das ganze sogar legal für den privaten Zweck.
Hierfür durfte man mit Destillen arbeiten die ein gesamtes Volumen von 0,5l nicht überschreiten. Alle Hobbybrenner haben schon gespannt auf den 01.Januar.2018 geschaut, da das Monopol Gesetz erloschen ist und jeder gehofft hatte, dass das schnapsbrennen nun legal werden würde.
Leider kam es nun ganz anders. Es ist nun erlaubt in Deutschland Destillen bis zu einem Gesamtvolumen von 2 L zu besitzen ohne den Zoll zu informieren, leider ist das Brennen und reinigen von Schnaps nun in Deutschland für Privatpersonen komplett verboten wurden.
Man darf nun mit den Destillen nur noch etherische Öle herstellen, aber keinen Schnaps mehr.
Ist dies wirklich im Interesse des Gesetzes, dass die Menschen nun anfangen werden es im Verborgenen weiter zu führen?
Es gibt bereits weitere Petitionen die versuchen dieses neue Gesetz zu kippen, wir können gespannt sein. In allem denke ich, wird es sicherlich bald viele Moonshiner geben in Deutschland.

For this one that have total volume of 0,5l. All peopel have already looked forward to the 01.January.2018, since the monopoly law is extinguished and everyone had hoped that the creating of brandy and whisky would now be legal.
Unfortunately, it was completely different now. It is now allowed to have distills in Germany up to a total volume of 2 L without informing the customs authorities, unfortunately the burning and cleaning of liquor is now completely banned in Germany for private individuals.
Now you can only make essential oils with the destills, but no more brandy whiskey ans so on.
Is this really in the interest of the law that people will now begin to lead it in secret?
There are already more petitions trying to overturn this new law, we can be curious. In all I think, there will certainly be many Moonshiner in Germany soon.
