For the high demand it is necessary to constantly train the workers, that is why the Tourism Corporation is always present in providing the advice.
In my case at the time of training I am always accompanied by another official, who supports the information and techniques that are dictated to the attendees.
The objective is to sensitize the service provider about the importance of tourism, also to promote good customer service and information behavior.
The topics that we touch with great emphasis are tourism and its importance, accommodation services, water and land transport, historical heritage such as castles, churches, museums and crafts. The culture in its area of folklore, music and gastronomy.
Also, we indicate which are the main beaches, such as El Agua; The Yaque; Punta Arenas and Parguito. The two National Parks that we count as Laguna de La Restinga and Cerro Copey, natural monuments such as Tetas de María Guevara, Cerro Matasiete and Guayamurí.
What motivates me most about this is that he always touched on the topics of human relations, self-esteem and personal image, in order to improve the projection that is part of the quality of services.
