Weather changes impact our lives in many ways.
After writing my recent post here on Steemit Do you believe in cloud seeding? SNOWIE: Seeded and Natural Orographic Wintertime Clouds: The Idaho Experiment I was left to consider an important negative aspect of manipulated weather control.
Climate change and the effect on mental health
In the internet article 5 Times Government Weather Research Was Downright Creepy A 2013 study compared levels of violence to hot temperatures, and was partially government funded. The findings said that higher temperatures and extreme rainfall led to large increases in conflict between groups and between individuals. This begs the question: if you can control the weather, can you control levels of human violence?
With weather modification programs all over the globe it is no wonder weather disasters are commonly in the news.
I believe that it is important to note that the medical and pharmaceutical industry have a siginificant financial stake in weather manipulation. According to the Mayo Clinic some people who develop Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) benefit from antidepressant treatment, especially if symptoms are severe. Some doctors may even recommend starting treatment with an antidepressant before symptoms typically would begin each year. And there are also some physicians who will recommend that you continue to take the antidepressant beyond the time your symptoms normally go away. These antidepressants come with a myriad of side effects thus creating a whole new list of health related problems requiring treatment.
So knowing what we know about how the weather can affect our emotional well-being

As I sit here writing my Steemit post looking out my window at the weather, I came up with some ideas to share with you.
Here is a list of recommendations:
- Write a Steemit post.
- Read a book or better yet join a book club.
- Get a hobby.
- Exercise.
- Stay hydrated.
- Get adequate rest.
- Adopt a pet.
- Learn how to improve your diet
- Last but not least.... DO YOUR BEST TO AVOID PHARMACEUTICAL MEDICATIONS.
