Early morning 10km run through the forest. Woke up at 5 ran by the river till the sunrise.
Today is another humid day in KwaZulu and had to get out before the blistering heat. Went out into the forest and along the river just before sunrise. Must admit getting back into the swing of things is proving difficult this year. Getting there however slowly with a bit so bad time for a 10km trail run.
