Well I spoke to soon things seemed to be going well but last night we have lost two of the chicks
If I’m being Honest with the death of the mother it was always going to be a battle for the father to feed all six chicks, although he has tried very hard to do so.
At this rate the will be more dead birds than alive in the box, it’s been a few hours and the is no sign of the dad removing the dead birds
Hopefully that’s the end of the deaths and the remaining four will go on to live long life’s.
