(I am sorry. This post came this morning but incomplete. I had a Problem with Streemian. Following the full post.)
Do you remember when I made the post about a missing Steemian?
In the following days after this post and reading your comments I was thinking about the question: "Why do People actually hate others?"
I have to say that I watched some youtube videos about some tech stuff. And my favorites techtubers made a video where they were reading some hater comments. This intensified my thoughts. And I came to 4 reasons I want to share with you.
So that we are on the same page I want to describe which kind of people I mean: When I am talking about haters, I mean mainly people in the online world in social communities like Youtube, Facebook and of course Steemit. spreading evil things about you or about what you are doing.
So let's dive in.
There are people who have no own, specific goals.
They are like fishes who are swimming with the stream but don't have an own alignment. They see their exercise to look for people who want to achieve something, who aren't swimming with the stream.
They are dancing out of line, and people think they need to be the police, to be the person who brakes them. Someone has to do it, why not me? They have nothing better to do than to slow those people who want to go forward down. They feel that this is their calling.
Their determination.
In their eyes, they are not getting the attention they deserve. Then there is someone else, with lower skills, but he is succeeding on his journey. This is a combination of lack of attention and understanding. Maybe the successful person is moving on the same topics as the self-called expert.
Ok, maybe you are an expert in certain areas. Perhaps you are proud of your degrees you have invested so much time to get them. But this person has nothing, his articles are full of content errors, but the community is celebrating this person.
Dark feelings are rising inside of you.
You need to do something, to show that this person doesn't deserve the attention, the rewards, the followers and more. No one except you deserves it. So you need to crush him. Otherwise you will not be satisfied. There must be justice you think!
This might be a bit confusing, but I think there is a truth.
Some people don't even know that they are hating.
From young ages, they didn't learn to communicate right.
Some haters are thinking that they are actually bringing great comments. They don't see their comments as hater comments. They don't know how to give constructive feedback. I truly believe that some people don't have evil intentions, but because no one showed them how to participate the right way in a community. They don't know how to communicate, but they want to express themselves but they are doing it totally wrong.
Oh yes, most of the people who hates you wouldn't say it in front of your face. Behind the screen they feel strong, they are slapping in the keys and they feel mighty when they make someone small.
Maybe they are unhappy with their own lives, with the results they get in the real world. Not having the goods they want but other people have them. Its a pleasure for them when the other person feels bad. Knowing that they made it happen that the person they hate feel that way now is intoxicating.
These reasons are not carved in stone. I am not saying these are the only reasons or that I am 100% right with them.
What do you think? Feel free to add what you think could also be a reason.
Thanks for reading.
