Hey everyone in here attempting to figure this thing out as I go.
I like what steemit represents, for years our parents and older generations have heckled at us saying "we spend our life on social media ","you share everything with the world?", " why don't you put that phone down ".
And to a point they may be right , we may have become over involved in ✌🏾️social interactions ✌🏾️ instead of actuality interacting socially. None the less how many years have we spent sharing videos, commenting and most often liking them.
Steem it is a way for us to still do it ( and even possibly on a more open and expressive level) but now we actually can get paid for social interaction. And best of all its in a exclusive crypto currency , which will allow for it to really pay off to get started now and figure it out as you go.
I really hope my fellow Bahamians learn about this early enough so that the community can expand and grow at a even faster rate globally.
