This has been the weirdest recovery every. When I went into getting this surgery, I had no clue this is what I would come out with. A co-worker was asking how I was doing yesterday and that was the first time I thought about what I initially thought this would be like after the surgery.
Everyone I had talked to that had this done said it felt like a miracle and that they couldn't believe they could see and that was after about 24-48 hours. So that's what I was thinking, but then I woke up and things were blurry. I never put together than 5 weeks of recovery meant, 5 weeks of blurry. I thought it was primarily my cornea healing and now my vision, but apparently those go hand in hand LOL. So silly of me.
Well 3 weeks in and far away is still blurry and as the day goes on it gets worse because my eyes get tired. Taking a mini vacation tomorrow and I'm hoping not staring at a computer for a few days will help out. Crossing my fingers.
