Okay fine, in my opinion intelligence is the general ability of humans to take actions that have goals and think rationally. In addition, intelligence can also be interpreted as a personal ability to understand, innovate, and provide solutions to various situations.
Whereas wise is a positive attitude of someone where he can be fair and do something that is not free in the sense of having a purpose and based on things that are clear, or acting based on experience and knowledge, not based on lust and words that come out of the mouth of the person wise has wisdom.
