Fitness is the only way to keep the body healthy and stay away from different diseases that harm human body and it can't be purchased from anywhere at any cost. Your habits, action and your lifestyle depicts how your body should. Maintaining the body needs to focus on Diet and Exercise but before that there must be some goal to be kept in mind. How you want to look, and what you want to achieve. Either you want to lose weight an look muscular or either you want to gain weight and look muscular. In both cases you have to keep in mind, certain goal and time to achieve that goal.

To achieve a best fitness body its important to focus on five major points,
1) Set the Goal
First decide what you want to be. Which type of body shape you have to be make a rough image in your mind and write it whats should be the Fat %age, what should be the weight and in how much time.

2) Make a Plan
After setting the goal, One has to focus on setting the plan. Make a plan that meet the requirements of the goal, that is flexible and fit in your schedule. Planning is the most important phase where you will decide how to workout and what to eat and what not to eat.

3) Start working
The third is to work immediately on the plan that you made to accomplish the goals. Executing the plan is something that needs a lot of energy, one has to push himself out of the comfort zone.

4) Stick to Plan
One of the most crucial phase of any fitness plan is the consistency. Whenever you start working you will meet many evils along your way some may be negligible and may not be negligible. So getting out of those evils and stick to plan that’s what is difficult. Remember three D’s Dedication, Discipline and Determination.

5) Maintain after Accomplishment
When you achieve the goal at any stage with in time or before than the phase starts where you have to maintain that set goal and then move on to the new station because life will not come to an end after achieving that goal. One has to continue to efforst and struggle to move to the new place.
