Corporate Fines are NOT a punishment that serves justice. The cost gets transferred to the consumer/people.It's usually way under the amount of profits made. It is merely assumed as the cost of doing business. Mean while the devastation or lingering consequence is suffered by the environment/earth and/or people/nature. I am so disgusted by seeing the history and evidence of how corporations/big business has engaged in these evil practices. The worst thing is? The practice continues.
The excuse of ignorance or it was an accident is to me entirely unacceptable. I feel when these activities are exposed and when they are found guilty for their involvement. The consequence needs to be severe enough, that any corporation/business that have the potential of repeating such acts. Not only will they think twice about their acts, they will search for a better/safer solution.
The United States and some other countries believe in capital punishment. It is used as a sentence for an individual that has been found guilty of causing death/evil act towards society. I don't know what the solution is. I only want others to rise up speak out and let these greedy traitors to society/life know it is over. We are done listening to excuses or their lies. If something bad happens on their watch they will suffer a consequence, they wont have any options to buy their way out, PERIOD!
This may help to begin to clean up these politicians and bureaucracies that are the ones collecting these so called "FINES" Settlements is restitution that goes along with incarceration. As the loss of freedom is the minimum penalty these criminals should receive. So CEO's will be sure they know every aspect of the business they run. After all their salary should be earned by managing a responsible moral/ethical business. They say a corporation is a living entity. Well if this is the case than the corporation is susceptible to capital punishment. A Death Penalty could be justified as a sentence to a guilty corporation. Along with that the Chiefs in charge lose their freedom for being accomplices and/or conspirators to a crime.
What do you think? Are you not tired of this existing system. How about the greed. What about the devastation inflicted on our earth. Is this going to continue? NOT on my watch. Others need to make the same decision. We can put an end to it.
