Method for obtaining Fire Enchanted Axe

1. Go alone and bare chested wandering in the remotest area you can find.
2. Continue on until you find the secret stones that mark the way to where no one dare wander.
3. In a small crevice flanked by two enormous stones, you will meet with an ancient creature that looks like a man to human eyes, but is actually the manifestation of an elemental, fire.
4. The creature will draw blood from your bare chested offering in exchange for the enchanted axe.
5. You will wake up bloodied and confused with the axe in your hands back in your home, so be ready with a cover story.

Perhaps sell other children for resolving cash flow issues? That might make the streets even bloodier though.
