If I'm going to thank someone, I'm going to bloody well mean it! You all deserve better than some generic banner advertisement that flashes the words, "Thanks for the votes." The guy standing at the door of a Walmart does the same damn thing! Does it make you feel special!

More often than not, you'll receive a sizable reward for your introduction post. That's everyone's way of saying welcome. Thank you taking interest and signing up. It also proves this system of posting and earning we all adore actually works.
After that, it's up to you. You must work to build a loyal following. You must provide something interesting or entertaining for readers or viewers to enjoy. Your work must provide people an incentive to vote. There aren't any free handouts here. If you noticed your payouts seem low after introducing yourself, keep working. You're not being kicked to the curb and that's a promise.
I'm living proof this place functions as intended. My start here was not easy. I just kept plugging away, didn't give up. I earned that $10000.00 currently sitting in my wallet here. It was not purchased. If you want to see success here, simply don't give up. Trying hard goes a very long way as well.
