is kind of interesting as long as you live here as an immigrant. The culture is kind of similar to Norway, but in many ways they are so different. Life works the same for everyone all over the world, you get born, get raised (by your parents if you are lucky enough), find a partner, give birth, get old and you die. That is more or less the cycle of life, and the culture where you are raised is by big significance on how your life will be.
Growing up in Norway is extremely different to grow up in Cambodia, after teaching English to the kids on the Cambodian countryside I can tell - but I wouldn`t be able to explain this kids how it is to grow up in Norway.
I love Czech Republic in many ways, but there are some issues here - it is also very interesting to see that they turn their heads to a Norwegian person when they cannot solve it? So, when the people who lives in an area meets a problem they cannot solve - their eyes points towards the foreigner, immigrant, Pilgrim or whatever they call him?
I am just a normal guy - but this just tells me that the Pilgrim seems to know the road, and how to lead forward. For the ones who already lived here before I came, it is very important to try to see the world with other eyes before moving forward.
