Today me and my friend,a Croatia famous chef who living and working here in Bkk.And some of his girlfriends from back at his home country Croatia. Who are on holiday in Asia right now, to see the view from the Sky Bar Rooftop at Lebua. It supposed to be the world's highest 360 open air sky bar... I dont know... But the view was pretty good.
It's for sure one of the highest in the world at 64 floor.The bar was made even more famous by hosting the Hangover II boys during filming in Bangkok.
I've been on root top bars before and I knew that we dont get up to places like that in short... Of course not... But my friends told me ye ye... We get up the women's are well dressed... Ye right! Was I thinking... By myself... Anyway we went there.. In shorts...
And of course in first floor we got stopped by security... And told we was not allowed to go up to the sky bar with shorts... What did I say?
Then after maybe 30 second another man comes to us,telling us that right around the corner of this hotell on the sidewalk..was a man standing and had made a small sidewalk shop renting out jeans to not soooo smart tourists like us... Really? Brilliant! Ye? Smart man so we went straight to him rent some jeans so we could go up... 200baht for rent and 300baht in depositum... Haha
It all ended well... Dosent it always... Bkk is cool and big... I like it but not for so long time at once... It was a good day.... And I hope and wish you all the same 🙏
