So if you remember last week we went over to Dick's Sporting Goods and Ben got a paddle board.
Well while I was there, I spied a Pelican Sit on Top kayak on sale for $200. Of course instead of buying it, I had to hem and haw about it for a day or two. Of course with the Old Guy's Charlie Brown luck, it was sold out when I went to get it. However, not one to be deterred easily, I drove an extra hour to get it at another Dick's location! The relations always called that behavior as "stupid cheap"

So far I am really enjoying the new kayak! It is obviously more roomier for my legs. It is plenty stable.
In fact it is so wide, I had to order a new paddle because the kayak feels wide!
Of course I have to Rock the Crocs!
Here the hull design is much different than the used one!
