A Smiling breast Cancer Survivor
Do you think you have reasons not to be happy? you think it is pointless to smile after all you have been through? Why don't you learn from this lady who survive Grade A breast cancer and she is smiling, making sadness jobless like it should be.
Happiness is treasure we all must find by scratch and sweat, because if we do not have inner happiness; nothing in this world could give it to us either at home or far away from home.
Some find happiness in love, some in treasure,
some in conflicts/disputes and some in doing good. Bottomline is; they all searched for joy
and found it, but karma frowns at been happy at the expense of others sadness. That is not the kind of Happiness i am talking about.
Sleep, eat, play, love, excersise, be healthy, go for medical check ups, help the destitute, feed the hungry, advise the young, help the sick, protect the old and young, resolve disputes/conflicts and most of all believe. This sums it all up how absolute happiness can be found.
