Today's story is not fictitious, it is more an anecdotic fact of love and how wonderful dogs can be with us humans, since I have use of reason I have always heard that the dog is man's best friend, but this story is magnificent and does nothing but confirm the fact that they are man's best friends, so I bring you the story of Belle, a beautiful Beagle who saved the life of his friend.
Belle the heroine.
Kevin Weaver was a Florida resident, one day he decided to have a canine companion with him and his choice fell on Belle, an English beagle. Belle was a very lively little dog and for this reason she could not find a family to support her. But Kevin apparently had no problem with this.
Kevin Weaver is diabetic, and that's why he decided to educate Belle as a "nurse dog" he enrolled her in a course and Belle learned to recognize human blood sugar levels by smelling Kevin's breath once an hour.
On the morning of February 7, 2006, Kevin Weaver woke up with a strange feeling of dizziness, Belle immediately became very alarmed and started barking to tell her human to take the medicine. But Kevin was too dizzy and didn't understand the things that were happening: he thought Belle wanted to relieve herself and pulled her out. When he walked again, Kevin collapsed to the kitchen floor and passed out. Belle lost none of her courage, she had learned to press the 9 key on Weaver's mobile phone, a key that sent a quick call to the rescue service. Then Belle looked for Kevin's cell phone and pressed the 9 button with her teeth, when the operator answered the dog only started barking more and did not stop until she saw the ambulance arrive. Kevin Weaver was saved and Belle became a hero in every way. Kevin said, "I'm convinced that if Belle hadn't been with me that morning, I wouldn't be here today. However, Belle is not only my savior, but also my best friend".
