Today I'm writing a bit about life's opportunities.
Let me begin by giving a standard definition of opportunity.
Opportunity can be defined as an amount of time or a situation in which something can be done it can also be defined as a good chance for advancement or progress.
Now we all know the saying that goes "Opportunity comes but once" so when it comes we just have to maximise it. Our success in life depends very much on whether we can seize opportunities that presents it's self. The difference between a successful and a non-successful person is the way they handle opportunities that befall them.
You may be wondering now, how does someone maximise his/her opportunities. Well I'd be giving little tips.
- be optimistic and positive: in order for someone to maximise an opportunity, the person has to be confident and also expectant. It's all about the persons perception.
- develop one's skill and capacity: Success is stage where preparation meets opportunity. Bearing This in mind,one has to work on his/herself and be ready to dive in when opportunity calls.
- We should not always hold on to the past: different opportunities come at different times, that a previous opportunity didn't end well doesn't mean that this new one would be the same.
- Flexibility : one should be flexible, this is because things don't always work in a particular order. You should be able to turn things to your favor.
Let me relate this post to steemit. Being on the steemit platform is an opportunity on its own. There are lots of opportunities here on steemit,Be it investing,trading or blogging. We should all try to maximise opportunities that presents itself to us.
