Long story short - got this book recommended to me on the internet, worked like a charm, I stopped after ~15 years of smoking, so just passing on. Yes, it was easy.
Nope, it's not a book that scares you with health risks associated with smoking - you already know that. I'm not going to post a summary, as it could do more damage than good, but just to give you a gist - nicotine is very addictive, but withdrawals symptoms are mild as hell.
Just read this book - and you'll quit. It's that easy.
