Help ME, please!!!

Hello every steemiter,
I'm Phan and 28 years old, getting 1 more year old next month so it means I'm almost 30. Maybe for someone, it's not old enough but for me, a Vietnamese woman I feel I'm old enough to have something after worked 6 years. But, I am a bad at managing money so every time after I got the paycheck and paid all bills I have nothing left. I even borrow money from family, friends etc to wait for next paycheck. What's is a woman doesn't know how to control money? I'm too tired with broke all time and I don't want like this anymore.
So, I post here to ask some master of management of money, please teach me how to control money better. I just need to balance my paycheck until next one.
