As a father of two I took it upon myself to make sure there are stuffs to eat in the house. My half worked still so I went to Wally World. So many empty shelves. Actually they usually had empty items but this time you can see like the whole meat area is gone, empty. The other day they were out of eggs. Water has been gone since last week with no replenishment in sight. Paper towels and toilets I assume they will put something else in there.
Easter candy is full, I guess nobody feels celebrating. In the same radius Aldi was nearby. Finally I saw lines in there. Meat sections is quasi empty. By the way Bread is almost done. Now People are buying tortillas. Tortillas warm with peanut butter, very good. Dry goods started to disappear. People are packing up in case of lock down.
Gas in my area, South florida, is getting really affordable at $1.95. No line so far. Aldi will only sell 2 gallons of milk and eggs. I saw a sign the other from Costco you cannot return the commodities you purchase. Not sure when the complete lock down will come to fruition, people seems a little hurry too much. Hopefully they push the curve down way flat and less people gets sick.
Stay put.
