Normally older guys, aren't suppose to be friends with younger guys and college graduates aren't suppose to be friends with high school dropout. But in my case the reverse is happening.

I think the smartest thing to do as someone who needs to learn better things is to make friends with elderly people. So you are on the right path. You rarely see our teenagers gather to share ideas and innovations. They rarely talk business let alone how to become useful to themselves. In fact where teenage boys are gathered they discuss girls and vice versa.
