Recently I have come across many breast and colon cancer patients. Many of them having early stage cancers. Even many cancer registries through out the world is noticing increasing incidence of many types of cancer.
Many researches around the globe is trying to figure out what might have caused this significant increase.
Cancer does not happen over night. It take years or decades at times for our normal cells to turn into cancer cells. It happens by gradual alteration in their genome. These changes are greatly influenced by our environmental factors. Food habits play a major role.
If we look at people who are mostly affected, they are the middle age population. If we go back two decades, that is the time when information technology revolutions started and people start becoming more sedentary. Linked to these life style changes were the fast and processed food.
For those who are in their 20s and 30s, you will not see the effects of your bad food habits in near future, but in 10 to 20 years time. By which time you might be too late.
Many studies have associated high fat, high sugar and processed food with cancer genesis.
