First let me explain what actually law of attraction means. It is a popular technique ,probably majority of people knows about it. Law of attraction is a powerful method with which you can manifest your goals. Results may be manifested either within days or months or even some years.
Now let me tell you my personal experience using this technique. I was somebody who carries soo much of negative energy within me, so that majority of my emotions arw negative. It was very hard for me to be adapt with someone. So it was my need to change my sensitive behaviour. Because in my past i easily get heart breaks and it is very hard for me to reach my equilibrium.
So i started having desire to change my life. Even the first step of law of attraction is strong desire itself. Desire was very strong for me because i am at the verge to reach deppression.
Second step or technique to attract our desire is affirmations or auto suggestions. We have to continuosly say or hear positive sentenses that matches our desire. Since my need was to become positive at any situation , i started saying this affirmation -" positive situations , people ,happiness are always attracting towards me". You can change your affirmations according to the desire you want to fulfil. You can say as many affirmations as you want in a single day. There are recordings available for this positive affirmations, so you can also hear this. There is no need that you should concentrate into the affirmations that you are saying or listening. You only need to repeatedly say or hear this. Because it is your subconscious mind is what actually processing it . Power of your subconscious mind is beyond the level that you can even imagine.
The next step is to visualize . I personally visualized myself being a very cool one who can withstand any adverse situation of life . You have to sense that blissful feeling while you visualize like you are living your desire.
I personally done these 2 steps . And friends what happened is really a great change in the insight of life and how i perceive situations or people. Till then, in my past years before this i was somebody who is in low frequency . Low frequency vibration thoughts are negative thoughts such as anger, grief, guilt etc. When the mindset changes knowingly or unknowingly the vibration in which we vibrates also changes. People with positive vibrations are never attracted towards bad luck . They will be contented ,serene and grateful with their life.
I feel like i want to share this technique which makes a huge change in my life with other people who are also trying to change their life in a positive manner. The technique of law of attraction is simple . But you should have patience and consistency.
