If you used to write daily in your writing carrier you must be using sitting position on chair or on bed for long time of period and you stuck in between that.
Yoga will relief stress just change your position on chair with mood of doing yoga.

You can apply it in sitting position, standing, lie down by cross legs, there are many ways but I think for easy doing and according to writers habit on chair it is also applicable like that to do. Here I have some posture for you to give you peace, courage regarding your content, creations for your success will come from your peaceful heart and mind and body fitness which is important for our writing exercises by fingers and body development.
