Growing up, i was a very skinny kid..weighing a teeny 55 KGs at 18 years old. It was utterly unacceptable i would get easily pushed around and i hated it..
So i joined a gym at 18 years of age with only one intent. to get Bigger and Stronger. i started of with the all too popular "BRO SPLIT" and was way to eager to Ego lift..which resulted in alot of Injuries and pain (thankfully i've learnt from my mistakes) i worked hard and grinded my butt for 4 years to reach where i am today and im very proud of it.
