Whenever I feel depressed because something didn't happened according to my plan or I want to think about something but can't focus/concentrate;
I search for a shadowy place where sunlight will not fall directly, where there is a continuous lovely wind. It can be crowdy. That's why I bring headphones to hear music.
I start the music, lay down with my face upward and look at the sky.
What could be more refreshing than a quiet, clear, a little shadowy and airy place to meditate into deep thoughts.
I always hear slow musics i.e. painful/beautiful in this case. I suggest, you do that too.
Then I try to think. At first, my mind focuses on music. But slowly I lose myself into deep meditation. I blend in within a few minutes.
If you can't find the weather like I mentioned, save the thoughts for night.
Clear starry sky is the good for you. Better if the Moon can be seen.
Makes a ripple in your heart.
Night is the best time for a clearer view and quieter environment.
These are the two ways I try to meditate.
I suggest you guys to try them.
