Infusion of marjoram, sage and hops in equal parts. Take a teaspoon of the mixture over which add 250 ml of boiling water. Leave it infused for 8 minutes. A mug is recommended before dinner for a period of three months.
Olive oil. It is good to take a few drops of olive oil before going to bed, substantially reducing snoring.
Sausage tea. It is recommended to make gargle with sage tea before bedtime. The tea should be at room temperature. Repeat the procedure every evening for one month.
