The "Freimarkt" is a big funfair in Bremen and the "Halle 7" is a disco, which is an a very big hall. Since there are a few halls, they are numbered. Sadly, the hall 7 is just opened (as a disco) during the funfair.
This year it was already the 982th Freimarkt, it is celebrated since year 1035! Therefore it is one of the oldest carnival of germany.
