According to psychologists, the blame goes to the leisure disease which is the lack of sleep, alcohol, a new place for sleeping and the thyroid gland.
Scientists from Tilburg University say, In the first place, such a "disease" affects those who are susceptible to "recreational illness." These people overload their body at work so much that they feel tired, or even fall sick at the very beginning of the holiday."
During a holiday, some people also feel strong fatigue and it happens because of lack of sleep. Even though people sleep longer on holidays, still the body remains fatigued. Along with less sleep, alcohol makes the situation worse. It provokes the appearance of chronic fatigue syndrome.
Still, we need to take the vacation for our recreation. But we must practice healthy habits whether its holiday or not!
