As soon as I wake up. "5am"
✅ I make sure I get my kids up and give them lots of love it puts me in a happy mood! They are what I'm most grateful for.
✅I make sure to put some water into my body I also take a supplement called adaptogen to get my brain turning and it keeps me focused.
✅I go for a 20-minute walk or workout to get my blood circulating and to clear my mind.
✅ I take a warm shower to pull off any remaining stress.
✅I have a small breakfast.
✅I then map out what my day will look like and set my daily goals.
