Today is the first of December - only 1 month left until 2016 ends!
Was it a good year for you - or not so much?
What changed, how did you develop, what would you like to have done differently?
As we're approaching a new year, I like to focus on planning ahead and being aware of my goals (no real new years resolutions, just overall goals I want to achieve within 1 year!)
And you should do that too - I always feel like writing it down on an actual piece of paper helps a LOT.

I personally am going on a 2 day trip with my family, so that'll be fun!
