Last night I went to bed way too late to be up already this morning. But yet, here I sit...
Just made myself a decent espresso to jumpstart my day.
I think I could better find myself some hot coals to sit on, in order to get my lazy butt off my chair!
Man, I feel tired as fak!
Nevertheless, I really must drag myself to the Gym. There is no excuse for not going...
At least, that is what all people like me to believe....
.... In my head I have a shitload of reasons for not going to the gym, ready for me to use at my disposal any given time of the day!!
Breakfast for winners
But a workout on an empty stomach is a sure NO GO!
And being this lazy this morning I went straight for the easiest solution I could find to fill my engine...
BaPao (bakpao)
A bun filled with meat. I know...it is not the every man’s breakfast, but frankly, my mind and body do not care a bit about what is widely accepted.
When it comes to food, my mind is an easy lean efficient thinking machine...
Basic input - basic output
In other words,
empty stomach - fill with whatever you can find!
So, espresso and bapao it is.
Now of to the Gym, see how this shitty breakfast will fuel my workout!
