Together with my daughter, I empty my head by walking

After receiving bad news this morning I just had to empty my head when returning home from work.

Right out when I came home

A colleague who died last weekend we have commemorated this day together with colleagues in a short gathering.

That impresses me and I can not let go quickly.

That's why I asked my daughter, on my return home, if she wanted to walk with me outside.

Fortunately she wanted that. Provided that we would walk past the animals. We took bread to feed the animals.

Then we went into the polder where my daughter could play for a while.

It was very cold but fresh air works wonders.

My head still isn't completely empty but at least we had a nice walk together in nature.
