What is really happening in my head? I don’t want to think anything, but its happening. I want to be calm on place without thinking anything which makes me nervous. But this mind doesn’t allow me to stop thinking. It keeps on thinking even I don’t want to.
It always engage with thoughts on all time. I try meditation, but that also doesn’t work and its happening with yoga too.. How should I overcome this. And again It keeps on argument on my head.
When I sit and thinking of solution to stop unwanted thoughts on head. I ended up with make use of those thoughts. So what I think is instead of stop the thoughts, I used to organize the thought process and make this thinking to get solution for my problems.. SO I FINALLY THIS FACTOR MAKES ME FEEL GOTCHA… Having better one, leave your comments ,, Thanks steemians :)
