This week I came across Tash Sultana. She is a young musician from Melbourne and currently touring the world. Believe it or not, she actually sells out most of her shows! I discovered this too late to get a ticket for her show around here, but rest assured, I will keep my eyes on TicketSwap for a second hand ticket!

What I like most about her is the enormous diversity and amount of skills she has. She sings, plays guitar, percussion and even the trumpet! On top of this she uses a variety of distortions ánd looping techniques. When she puts this all together you may think there is an entire band on stage, but in fact, it's all just her.
I could post a Spotify link or video clip, but that would not be fair. Her live performances are so extremely energetic, emotional and intimate that you have to check that out. For me that was the first thing that triggered me!
