Hey! Hey! Since I was able to go from no Booty to Booty in a matter of 6 months I've been getting a lot of booty questions on the daily.
I went from weighing 89lbs to 110 lbs in just 6 months and during my cut I had gained 10lb of just pure muscle.
This video will show you some of my favorite HIIT exercises that really helped me shed of the extra fat on my legs so they could tone out.
If you have a thicker lower body and you are looking to tone down so your lean muscles will peek through then these are the workouts for you!
It is a 4 circuit workout with 2 exercises in each circuit. Complete each individual circuit 4 times with a 60 sec break between each set.
example:
Half Burppee with 3 Side Squats 10 reps
Sumo Squat with Straight Leg Romanian Deadlift 10 reps
(60 second Break)
REPEAT until you've done each circuit 4 times.
