This car that I am going to write about is The Lamborghini Diablo, the production of this car started in 1992 and ends in 2001. This car was the first -production- car that could reach a top speed op 320km/h (200 miles per hour). This car was designed by an Italian designer called Lamborghini of course. The name of the car is special, car people like me think of supercars as devils on the road, and the name Diablo means ''devil'' in Spanish. I thought this was a funny coincidence. Of course every glory has an end, after 2001 the Diablo was not totally forgotten but it was freshened op by the
Lamborghini Murciélago.
This is a Diablo. The Diablo was published on the 21st of January 1990, the car had a 5,7L engine, this car was one of the first with a multi-point fuel injection which produces a maximum output of 485HP. The car had rear wheel drive and the engine was positioned in such a way that it aided to its weight balance. The new supercar was equipped with all kind of new tech like Alpine stereo, electric windows, electric steering and also could be equipped with a Breguet clock for the dash which cost more than 10.000$
Brequet Clock for in the Diablo
You can now buy a Lamborghini diablo for around 180.000 Euro's. A fun fact about the diablo is that it was the formula one safety car in 1995 at the Canadian Grand Prix.
