We rescued our Turkish angora kitten a few months ago. When we picked him up, he was in very poor condition. His fur was dark from the filth, a flea was embedded in his fur, and he had an upper respiratory infection in addition to HPV virus.
We got him home, gave him multiple flea baths, took him to the vet multiple times for shots and various treatments. We need to give him lysine on the nose as one of his treatments.
I am pleased to report that he is in great health and seems to be extremely happy with all the love, affection, and devotion from his human family as well as his adopted two older Turkish angora twins that have welcomed him with open PAWS!
