Have you ever noticed how delightful it is to be in the presence of children? They are so innately joyful and it just flows out of them naturally. I have always admired how children can show pure elation over the most simple activities or discoveries.
At a recent playdate, I bought a bunch of balloons and we filled them with water for the kids to splash each other. They threw them back and forth and surrounded each other with small pebbles in an effort to make them break easier on their opponent. The laughter was musical and everyone was happy.
