Building a house is a long term project. It takes time for planning and time to complete.
I have been trough this process a few times in my life in different continents but hopefully, this will be the last one...hopefully this will be the place where i can spend my last breath.
Few days ago, we started to build the road up to the middle of the hill, where our future home positioned. Today, we are moving fast and got the foundation done.
I am so thankful for the local construction company that we are working with. They are professional, fast and offers quality result.
The foundation is 150 sqm and the house will have a ground floor (a garage) first floor and second floor (150 sqm x 3)
With help from the big machines, the 50 cm thick foundation is done within 4 hours.
After every one left , i was standing at the front and listened to the silence... and asked myself:
Listen, can you hear something?
Nope, i can’t hear anything at all! This is the reason why i chose this place...all what i can hear is silence.
