This is a great look into what is going on since it left the news in the united states. If only the utilities would get on board (or become fully public) great strides could be made in solar/wind power generation. A collaborative effort would allow for generation without excessive storage, reinforcing the grid not hindering it.

Kudos to Puerto Rico for being progressive and taking their own destiny into their hands.

If only people would brighten up in the States and see that this is the future, a future in manufacturing, installation, and service. An industry upon itself, just untapped.
